Job Description Job Description I need senior care provider with
experience. This patient lives with his wife who is in good health.
He has diabetic wounds that for the next four weeks (at least)
limit his mobility. Patient is wheelchair bound for the time being
and is moved using a hoyer. This patient also has dementia. Main
tasks will be: 1. Sponge bathing as needed (patient cannot be fully
emerged in water due to the wounds) 2. Changing patient in the
morning and moving from bed to wheelchair using hoyer.3. Changing
patient in the evening and moving from wheelchair to bed using
hoyer.4. Staying with patient while the wife needs to run errands.
5. Administering daily medications as directed by wife PRN.
