Job Description Position Overview The purpose of this position is to provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to meet the needs of individual patients throughout assigned areas. Responsible for the collection and analysis of laboratory specimens and subsequent results reporting according to laboratory protocol and procedures. Acts as general supervisor over assigned lab activities. Location: Etters, PA (York County, PA) Specialty: Medical Technologist Shift: Nightshift 3x12s, 1900-0700 Contract Start Date: 3/16/26 Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extension Guaranteed Hours per week: 36 Pay Package: $27/hour $1,246 stipends = $2,218 gross on 36 hours $54/hour (OT rate) $1,246 stipends = $2,758 gross on 48 hours (possible OT opportunities) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biological/Physical Sciences or Medical Laboratory Science, required Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required Minimum of 6 years core lab experience, required (Years of experience begin with Medical Laboratory Courses) Experience with IV start, phlebotomy, and initiation of EKG a plus (experience is not required); training is provided and required after hire
