Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Training Specialist responsible
for the training and development needs of staff.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing
training as needed
Evaluate trainee progress and report on effectiveness of training
programs
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the
organization
Required Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced work environment with strong project
management skills
Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint, Google
Slides, and similar tools
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively
Experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite for document editing
and updates
Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency in task
completion
