Job Description This is a salaried position with bonus potential
Summary: The Individual Account Manager will focus on maintaining
an existing book of business of health insurance clients. This
position will complete client renewals, maintain client data, and
maintain client relationships. This position has potential to bonus
on new sales, and there are no new sales quota requirements with
this position. Essential Functions: Renew existing client base in
On and Off-Exchange Insurance Policies Proactively assess, clarify
and validate customer requirements and maintain customer
relationships Provide renewal quotes, overcome objections, adjust
proposals as required to ensure the best solution is presented to
the client Build client relationships Responsibilities: Maintain
accurate and timely information within the company CRM database
Track and provide status updates on all open opportunities
Accurately process pre-sales tasks and post-sales requests Work
with other team members on closing existing business Proactively
communicate with existing clients to renew their product lines and
identify opportunities to sell new products Proactively establish
and maintain effective working relationships with all support and
sales team members Respond to email and phone inquiries from
existing clients and prospects Communicate with clients in a
professional, concise, and effective manner Build and maintain
networking relationships as assigned by management Accountabilities
and Performance Measures: Responsible for maintaining renewal
percentage assigned by sales manager Responsible for effective use
of quoting tools and programs Achieve objectives defined by
management Experience/Qualifications: An Ohio license to sell Life,
Accident, and Health Insurance is required 1 year experience in
health insurance industry Experience cultivating ad developing
client relationships Must be skilled in Web Based applications such
as Outlook, LinkedIn, Excel, and Power Point. Mut be detail
oriented with the ability to multi-task Must have superior
communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to
actively listen to management, peers, and clients in order to
understand the points being made and ask questions when appropriate
Problem solving to meet company expectations Complete paperwork and
documentation associated with client activity in a timely manner
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time Education: Health
Insurance License is Required FFM Certification Required Company
