Work Location: GOJO Plaza, Akron, Ohio

In this role, you will provide best-in-class process and project management and sales support to key Commercial accounts and GOJO Sales teams. Collaboration with Commercial Leadership, Corporate Account Directors/Managers, Commercial Sales Directors, Manufacturer Representatives and internal teams is vital to building, maintaining and managing account relationships and activities with field sales, account representatives and key customer contacts.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:



  • Coordinate initiatives between key accounts, GOJO sales teams, Manufacturer Reps and other internal teams
  • Proactively communicate to key account owners and key customer contacts; identify and seek priorities to provide required support
  • Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to develop promotions, marketing campaigns, e-commerce marketing, etc.; monitor and track progress and communicate updates
  • Seek opportunities to improve information management; identify issues that require sales management involvement and provide recommendations for solutions
  • Review, approve and process key account catalog updates, ensuring accuracy of product description and stock numbers in compliance with GOJO identity standards
  • Work with customer portals: understand their reporting capabilities and execute reports as needed; provide timely product updates and additions
  • Provide strong logistical support in advance of key account visits, business review meetings, trade shows, open houses, etc.; actively participate as needed
  • Partner with account owner on projects and lead execution internally
  • Team with pricing and bid/quotes to maintain accurate pricing and rebate programs for key accounts; collaborate with various departments across the organization to review, draft or execute key account agreements
  • Provide reporting guidelines to key accounts and coordinate reporting (End User Reporting, Rebates, EDI, etc.) to key accounts, key account owners, sales management, or leadership; analyze data as needed or requested
  • Forecasting and inventory management related to key account
  • Monitor and track Variable Selling Expense budgets and spends for key accounts; communicate regularly to account owner
  • Ensure accurate program payment calculations and timely payments on account agreements
  • Validate and process invoices and credit requests pertaining to key accounts as outlined on trade development plans
  • Salesforce.com: provide ongoing maintenance of account, contact and opportunity records; develop and maintain contact hierarchies; participate in and/or conduct data audits
  • Provide back-up support for team members as needed or assigned

    Duties May Also Include:



    • Reviewing and processing RGAs (Return Good Authorizations) and RCPCs (Request for Program Change)
    • Reviewing and manipulating order trends
    • Monitoring and tracking orders
    • Facilitating dispenser installations with established process and teams
    • Coaching others throughout the organization on process and systems
    • Managing and auditing key account reporting and trade development plan program elements
    • Participating in trade shows and open houses and conducting training seminars for internal and external customers

      Education and Experience Required:



      • Associates' degree required; bachelors' degree preferred
      • Minimum three years' experience with customer service, sales support or marketing support in a business to business environment required
      • Analytical skills and proficiency with all Microsoft Applications, with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills required
      • Experience with customer service, SAP and Salesforce.com in a manufacturing environment preferred
      • Inside and outside selling skills necessary
