In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for IT-related purchases, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring cost-effective spending on technology. This position requires strategic foresight, deep industry knowledge, and effective negotiation skills to support the company's technological advancements and operational needs. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for IT categories, including software, hardware, and cloud services. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, quality, and cost-efficiency. Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement agreements to optimize financial and operational performance. Collaborate with IT and finance departments to forecast needs and budget effectively. Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and sourcing opportunities. Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and development. Ensure compliance with both internal and external policy requirements and regulations. Strong negotiation and contract management skills Deep understanding of IT market dynamics and pricing models Proficiency in procurement software and tools Excellent communication and leadership abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred
