Job Description:
A company is looking for an experienced Enterprise Monitoring
Consultant to lead the assessment and design of monitoring systems
for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the assessment, analysis, and design of observability and
monitoring systems
Support the ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) practice
Integrate enterprise monitoring tools and technologies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of experience with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g.,
Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog)
Experience and certifications in ServiceNow ITOM (Event Management,
Discovery, Service Mapping)
5+ years of support experience with infrastructure technologies
(cloud, networking, platforms)
5+ years of Unix and Linux shell scripting experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Information Systems, or related field
