Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the customer base
Resolve non-technical customer inquiries and technical questions regarding Electronic Support Services
Facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice and assistance to internal employees on customer situations and escalated issues

Required Qualifications:

6 to 10+ years of experience in a similar role
Security clearance is required
Experience in resolving technical problems related to Oracle products
Highly experienced in some Oracle products and several platforms
Ability to work with general guidance from management and advise on progress/status
