Position summary

join our Executive Accelerators Technology team. Executive
Accelerators Salesforce Senior will support technology projects
across Executive Accelerators with a special focus on the CFO
program and help provide solutions to our unique challenges and
opportunities.
The US CFO program is a strategic growth platform for Deloitte LLP
("Deloitte") to execute its vision "to be recognized as the
pre-eminent advisor to the CFO." The CFO program aims to enhance
Deloitte's CFO market position by focusing on the specific
challenges, needs and demands CFOs face, and equipping our Deloitte
colleagues to build and sustain meaningful relationships with CFOs
and senior finance executives of key clients and target clients.
The CFO program accomplishes this through an outstanding portfolio
of initiatives and offerings, training curriculum, points of view,
market information, and service solutions.
Work you'll do
As an Executive Accelerators Salesforce Senior, you will be an
integral member of our Executive Accelerators Technology team and
will support an array of Salesforce projects. The role is
project-based where you may be supporting various projects
simultaneously and will gain exposure to leadership across the
firm.
The Executive Accelerators Salesforce Senior will:
- Support the evolution and execution of Executive Accelerators
(XA) and CFO program strategies through involvement in strategic
Salesforce projects
- Lead the ongoing development of our CFO program Salesforce.com
implementation, drive successful utilization, and identify areas
for process improvement using Force.com platform
- Work closely with functional leaders, operational teams, and
subject matter experts to develop and deploy new business processes
including management of contacts, events, participation,
operations, and our core business processes
- This role is part technical project management and part
administrator
- Interact with stakeholders and drive capability requirements,
including specifications for user interfaces & customized
solutions
- Responsible for the execution of the day-to-day configuration,
support, maintenance and improvement of our CFO program
Salesforce.com
- Assist the CFO Lens app team in maintaining the site,
troubleshooting Salesforce-related bugs and rolling out future
versions of the app
- Handle administrative functions including user account
maintenance, report, dashboards, workflows and other routine
tasks
- Coordinate and lead the evaluation, scope, and completion of
new CFO program development requests
- Provide recommendations for improved and enhanced efficiency
and innovative ideas for executive level dashboards/data
analytics
- Create and maintain system documentation, artifacts relating to
best practices and system configuration, and user support
materials
Work with stakeholder teams to establish suitable processes to
support administrative, development and change management
activities
Required Qualifications
- Excellent project management skills and a positive
attitude
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple
assignments, manage ambiguity, and meet deadlines
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving
skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication
skills
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from
multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level
information into details, abstract up from low-level information to
a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the
underlying true needs
- Demonstrate an innovative mindset by being able to provide
value-added suggestions and/or alternate ways of doing things
- Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce.com
administrator or consultant
- Salesforce.com Admin certified
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and
functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- Well-rounded technical skillset, including systems
administration, application development, scripting, and user
support
- Previous experience working in/with systems design lifecycle
methodologies
- Four-year/ Bachelor's degree
- Good analytical skills, detail oriented, and ability to work
independently, be self-motivated, as well as part of a team
- Strong planning and organizational skills with great attention
to detail
- Knowledge of agile project management with work experience a
plus
- Broad knowledge of Deloitte businesses preferred
- Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship building
skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business environment
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables with shifting
deadlines
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
- Fully comply with all applicable policies of the Deloitte U.S.
