Job Description:
The Worship & Production Administrator will help staff and
volunteers serving in both Worship and Production roles to use
their gifts to serve the church by ensuring that organizational
details are properly attended to. Their role handles and monitors
logistics, scheduling, and coordinating between the two ministries.
This is a full-time position and reports to the Worship &
Production Director.
Job Responsibilities:
Use software like Planning Center Online, Click Up, MS Office, and
other organizational software to connect volunteers, staff, and
resources.
Funnel information from other department heads or admins to the
Worship and Production teams to ensure the functionality of both
teams' roles in the Weekend Services and events that support the
vision of CCC.
Provide office support to the Worship and Production teams,
including facilitating internal and external communication,
organizing meetings and events, curating equipment quotes and
rental agreements, placing equipment purchase orders, keeping
appropriate records, and running select errands as necessary.
Complete tracking of financial activities of both departments:
filling out budget forms in Microsoft Teams (or other software) for
fiscal year and capital project purchases. Completing credit card
forms for the Worship & Production Director.
Manage staff scheduling to verify all positions are filled for
weekend services and weeknight events, coordinate and contract paid
substitutes as necessary.
Manage all volunteer scheduling and communication necessary for
filling all weekend worship positions.
Maintain online calendars: approve events and allocate appropriate
staff with direction from the Worship & Production Director.
Spearhead logistical coordination for Worship and Production
department training, conferences, and volunteer gatherings.
Serve frequently in both ministries on weekends to better
understand the roles.
Participate fully as a member of CCC staff, including attending
all-staff gatherings and other duties as assigned.
Be in a dynamic and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
Experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a
church or ministry setting.
Able to be organized, administrative, relational, and adept in
balancing multiple priorities while keeping track of many
details.
Possess strong communication and networking skills.
Passionate about the use of technology for the purpose of
accomplishing ministry.
Ability and openness to adapt and learn, especially in technology
and worship production.
Commit to becoming a member of Christ Community Chapel.
