    • 3-5 years direct experience in heavy/highway and bridge construction industries
    • Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HCSS Estimating Software
    • Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
    • Must have experience bidding your own work hard bid experience would be a strong plus
