Your expertise will help drive the success of our operations and deliver high-quality products to our customers.Job Responsibilities- Operate and monitor food processing equipment to ensure efficient production.- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify and address potential issues.- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety standards.- Record and analyze production data for process improvement and reporting.- Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment for different production runs.- Implement quality control checks to ensure product consistency and quality.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems during the production process.- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and efficiency.- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the production environment.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process effectiveness.- Train and support new staff in operating and maintaining processing equipment.- Ensure adequate inventory levels of raw materials and report any shortages.
