Job Title: Treatment Services Coordinator IINew Season Treatment Centers is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Treatment Services Coordinator II to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals struggling with opioid use disorder.Job Summary:The Treatment Services Coordinator II will oversee the daily duties of clinicians, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with leadership to promote the development of counseling skills and quality of care for patients.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
• Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff as required
• Assist in achieving and maintaining accreditation status through recognized accrediting bodies
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with leadership to promote the development of counseling skills and quality of care for patientsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and licensure and/or certification as needed per individual state requirements
  • Minimum of two years of management experience in substance abuse or a related field
