Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lease Admin Supervisor - Estoppel &
Percentage Rent.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee preparation, review, and execution of estoppel certificates
and SNDAs
Ensure accurate calculation and timely reporting of Percentage Rent
based on tenant sales reports
Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance management for the
Estoppel & SNDA and Percentage Rent team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related
experience
Previous supervisory experience preferred
In-depth understanding of processes and systems within the job
function
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Exceptional math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and
markups
