Job Description:
A company is looking for an IVR Conversational Designer II to
improve interactive voice response and chat dialog systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and document user journeys and content for contact center
technologies
Facilitate co-design workshops with stakeholders and apply
human-centered design principles
Monitor and analyze IVR and chat usage to recommend content updates
and features
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
2-4 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and
skills
3+ years of experience with user experience and design tools such
as Figma and Microsoft Visio
Portfolio or case study demonstrating design skills and process is
preferred
