Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Support Supervisor for
Workers Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement operational
strategies
Oversee account reconciliation and ensure alignment between carrier
portals and internal systems
Provide high-level customer relations services and manage customer
inquiries effectively
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in the workers compensation industry
Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
AIM and ImageRight experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
