Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Coordinator to manage a
portfolio of newly acquired assets and ensure proper handoff to the
Asset Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Order occupancy inspections and determine property status for
eviction or marketing
Evaluate BPOs and appraisals for accuracy and quality, and follow
up on assigned vendor tasks
Monitor initial services and ensure timely completion for property
listings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 1-year experience in REO/Real Estate
Valuation and contractor experience preferred
Real Estate License (current or expired) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Knowledge of client-based systems is a plus
