Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure
effective customer relationship management and account growth
Mentor team members to manage customer implementations of the
platform, ensuring high adoption and understanding of its value
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer executive
sponsors to drive passion and satisfaction for the platform
Qualifications:
Significant experience in account management, sales, or
professional services at a software/SaaS company
Proven track record of building strong C-level executive
relationships and deep empathy
Experience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a
senior audience
Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, and drive
long-term engagement
Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up
environment
