**Description** **The Role** As a Lamp Stack Developer, you will work with our Product Team to develop new products in the market. Your focus will be rapid prototyping and code implementation of web-based applications that tie into mature databases and existing infrastructure, ranging from point-of-sale software systems to mechanical equipment in the field. Regardless of your current experience this is a perfect opportunity to learn and grow hand-in-hand with our team as we test new concepts, add new skills to our tool belts, and strive to create What's Next. **Lamp Stack Developer Job Responsibilities:** + Develops, communicates, and delivers comprehensive solutions to power Suds product offerings. + Participates in setting technical direction on solutions with lasting business impact + Propose and create innovative solutions to fulfill company needs + Participates in architectural decision making and may lead architectural decision-making + Document and demonstrate solutions by creating documentation, code comments and legible code + Support Data Analytics operations + Analyzes opportunities to improve solutions and may oversee their implementation + Analyze code and deployments to ensure compliance with security best practices + Participates, or may lead in creating work estimates, project schedules, and assessing project risks on solution components and feature requests + Provide insight and technical guidance to other engineers within the Product Development team + Conduct regular code reviews from team member + Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues + Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures + May lead the adoption of best-in-class software engineering practices, tools and frameworks **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. + 8+ years of professional software development experience + Advanced knowledge of popular web development languages and related frameworks (PHP/Laravel in particular) + Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.) + Experience using Docker to build and deploy containerized applications to the cloud. + Experience with cloud native development (AWS/Azure/GCP, Azure preferred) + Experience designing/building RESTful APIs + Experience with Git + Understanding of application architecture and design patterns, particularly RESTful design. + Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, source control, build processes, and testing **Bonus:** + Vue.js experience + Experience with Linux-based systems + Experience with Laravel project environments + Experience with GitLab CI/CD + NoSQL/Document databases **Benefits & Pay** We will invest in your professional development and create an environment where you will be given an opportunity to grow and develop your career.
