Description Robert Half is currently hiring for a part-time HVAC Sales - Customer Service Rep to greet customers and help schedule appointments for the HVAC sales team in the Ashland, OH area.Responsibilities:This HVAC lead generator position offers stable, part-time work with the opportunity for full-time work if goals are met! The schedule for this position is 15-40 hours per week, including work on Saturdays. Hours: Wed-Sunday, 10a-3p (can be flexible with hours, must work at least 3 Saturdays per month)As a part-time HVAC Sales - Customer Service Rep, you combine customer service skills, listening skills, and marketing knowledge to inform people about our products and services. You spend most of your time initiating contact with the public and promoting our brand working onsite a local retail store. You provide the first impression of the company to new customers! By engaging with them in a positive way and developing new relationships, you're able to learn about their specific HVAC needs. You then schedule appointments with the sales team to help them find solutions. You also contribute to the team by training other employees to generate leads and attending weekly store meetings.
