Fleet Response is currently seeking qualified candidates to work at our corporate office, for the following position: Adjuster. The Adjuster at Fleet Response audits and writes collision estimates for accuracy using industry standards of repair. The adjuster inspects vehicles that have been damaged and creates an estimate of the necessary repairs. The adjuster will also work with collision center to negotiate an agreed blueprint of repairs.   • Audit and write collision estimates for accuracy using industry standards of repair.
  • Ability to negotiate an agreed blueprint of repairs with collision centers.
  • Ability to determine repairs or salvage options for economical or structural total loss.
  • Work closely with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure vehicle is repaired correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Collision Estimator or Collision Appraiser
    • Proficient in Mitchell / Ultramate ASE Certified or ability to obtain certification Preferred Knowledge, Competencies, and Skills
      • Strong interpersonal skills to ensure excellent internal and external customer service.
      • Strong investigative and organizational skills.
      • Outstanding written and verbal skills.
      • I-Car Trained
      • Strong ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
      • Highly motivated, strong initiative, self-starter with team focus.
      • Demonstrates dependability, punctuality, and excellent attendance. Position Type and Work Schedule A variety of flexible work arrangement schedules are available, with the ability to work from home as part of your schedule, after completion of training. This is a full-time position. The hours of work are typically are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with reasonable flexibility and work from home opportunities.
