Supports the Medical Center mission and vision as well as hospital and department policies and procedures governing their work activity.Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Post High school training in a trade or technology preferredValid driver's licenseBackground clearance as requires by state and federal guidelinesAt least two (2) year in general plant operations/maintenance with a preference in the healthcare industry.Job Responsibilities:Performs preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.Repairs and installs hospital building equipment, furniture etc.Assembles various types of hospital equipment, furniture etc.Performs snow removal and grounds keeping.Practices all workplace safety requirementsMaintains the safety of the environment.All other duties as assigned.Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision401KVacation time and Sick TimeImportant COVID-19 message:Please note, Sharon Regional Medical Center is taking additional, necessary preparations to ensure patients can receive compassionate care in a safe, carefully managed environment - with confidence and without fear.
