Job Description:Maintain sufficient inventories of raw materials
and packaging materials to meet production requirements so that
customer orders can be completed in full and on time.Responsibility
and Duties: Data entry of production quantities into various
databases. Carryout various activities related to receiving of Raw
Materials and Packaging materials such as: verify that receiving
documentation has been signed for by Warehouse Personnel, post raw
material receipt to the inventory via South Ware transactions,
verify quantities received vs quantity ordered, verify the cost in
South Ware, attach posting report to receiving document, log
receiving on excel spreadsheet, file receiving to be attached to
invoice when received.Run and analyze 13 Day Production Planning
Report through entering production schedule into Access, analyzing
the information and ordering materials needed to run
production.Analyze the amount of raw materials based on the future
production needs, communicate with other plants to secure the
correct amount of concentrate needed.Coordinate production
planning, order materials enter receiving's into South Ware,
process transfers of finished goods and raw materials, and adjust
monthly inventories for co-manufacturing customers.Create purchase
orders for various items needed for the production of
product.Verification and processing of invoices related to items
receiving/ordered.Conduct and coordinate physical cycle counts,
compare actual counts to counts in South Ware, make adjustments
when necessary.Conduct end of the month balance of purchase orders
issued vs items that have been received, communicate that
information to the finance department.Follows instructions and
responds to management and supervisor direction.Writes and speaks
clearly and informatively and able to read and interpret written
information. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and completes
work in timely manner.Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or
unexpected events and reacts well under pressure.Follows policies
and procedures. Uses equipment and materials properly.Strives to
continuously build knowledge and skills.Detail oriented Strong

including weekend work as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities: No
direct supervisory duties. Qualifications: To perform this job

functions.Education and/or Experience: Associate degree (A. A.)
from two -year college in a related field preferred, At least five
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience.Language Skills: Ability to read and
comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively
present information in one-on-one and small group situations to
customers, clients, and other employees of the
organization.Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and
amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,
percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply
concepts of basic algebra.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply
common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in
written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems
involving several concrete variables in standardized
situations.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an
individual should have proficient typing and computer skills
including knowledge of Accounting software, Database software;
Internet software; e-Supply Chain (SAP and Oracle), Inventory
software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software (MS
Excel), Word Processing software (MS Word) and Email software
(Microsoft365). Physical Demands:While performing the duties of
this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to
finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or
hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and
stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and smell. The employee must
frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust
focus.Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the
employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate,
however the employee may be required to enter production areas
where the noise level is usually loud and hearing protection is
