HRIS Coordinator

Job Description:

Primary Purpose:
This is a highly collaborative role where you will work with HR and all other business units to meet their informational needs and assist the HRIS Manager with the administration of all HR systems. This includes supporting Core HR, Time and Attendance, Performance Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management, and all other HR related systems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as system administrator and provide support as first point of contact for any HRIS related issues throughout the organization
  • Correct system/user errors as identified through reports or through end-user feedback
  • Maintain internal support email inbox
  • Perform troubleshooting on an as-needed basis including, but not limited to, user accounts, workflow administration, role automation, and security roles
  • Responsible for entry of business/employee data into HRIS system when necessary, for example, creating shift codes, job descriptions, locations, etc.
  • Assist in preparation of end-user documentation or training materials to promote increasing use of employee and manager self-service
  • Assist with the development of new integrations or modules within the system
  • Act as a liaison between key functional and business specialists to work with and educate users on applications, technology in support of business processes and enhancements
  • Assist with weekly system trainings for new employees and managers
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance by running reports, auditing, analyzing information and troubleshooting errors
  • Complete changes on HRIS homepage on a regular basis
  • Other duties and special projects as assignedMinimum Skills and Competencies:
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
    • 2+ years in an administrative support role
    • Ability to demonstrate high-level customer service skills
    • Precision to data accuracy
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee data in a professional manner
    • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines
    • Ability to learn and adapt to change in a fast paced, dynamic environment
    • Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to succeed in a team-oriented environmentDesired Skills:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field preferred, but not required
      • Experience using UKG (UltiPro) or similar human resource software platforms
      • Experience in project management methodology

        • Normal Office Environment
        • Indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
        • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
