our customers in the homes they love. Leaf Home Water Solutions
offers home water purification and water softener systems to
protect and preserve the longevity of the home and the people
living in it. Leaf Home Enhancements provides home upgrades
including custom cabinet restyling, one day bathroom renovations,
and high-quality windows and doors. Leaf Home Solutions believes

home a safer and more livable space.
Specialist is responsible for gathering all pertinent data by phone
from sales team during a customer sales demonstration. This
includes establishing customer credit eligibility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate soft pull credit report and/or master finance
database for potential loan acceptance with available financing
Follow loan process through the ready to be funded status,
reviewing loan acceptances, obtaining any stipulations required and
confirming loan acceptance signatures.
Communicate loan status to sales and install
Relay credit decline decisions to sales team while
maintaining customer respect.
Maintain credit database to enable reporting and evaluations
Assist in projects related to automation of credit review and
Calculate commissions and job costing for multiple office
Additional administrative and reporting duties may be
required until Operation Application has been deployed.
Ability to work weekends when necessary to handle weekend
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience with commissions calculating and
Prior experience working with credit
bureaus and merchants.
Ability to handle sensitive and
personal identifying information with confidentiality and data
Handles moderately complex issues and
problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level
Ability to provide leadership,
