Customer Relations Administrator

Job Description:

 

Primary Purpose:
Serve as the first point of contact for fast-paced escalated customer service situations.  Understand desired customer outcomes and work towards a solution as it relates to customer satisfaction, de-escalation, and company policy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Escalated Claims Team to investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot customer-reported issues to resolve them in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow established company and department processes for investigating and resolving escalated customer issues.
  • Coordinate with teams (internal or external) to inspect claim and resolve disputes
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input current product/installation challenges
  • Promote customer retention, growth and satisfaction by maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service and resolution experience
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in situations of escalation
  • Experience de-escalating situations and working towards a positive resolution for all parties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

 

Travel Requirements:

  • No travel required.

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

  • Additional Hours May Be Required (Exempt Positions)

 

Physical Requirements

  • Normal Office Environment
  • Indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
