Position Summary:
Lead a team and coordinate with other areas of Talent Acquisition to carry out operational and strategic initiatives to meet talent needs. Business unit support may vary but will have a significant focus on high volume call center recruiting. This position will coordinate the development of talent pipelines, various recruiting programs, and is a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute on the overall strategic direction, design and operations of the recruiting staff, systems, services and processes to support the organizations recruitment needs
  • Function as a working manager in supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts as needed particularly for more senior level positions
  • Develop and implement recruiting plans and policies supported by effective budget management
  • Interface with management to identify key talent acquisition initiatives
  • Develop and manage programs and strategies to attract candidates and build talent pipelines and oversee best practices regarding recruiting/staffing strategies to position the Company as an “employer of choice"
  • Anticipate labor market changes and develop innovative sourcing, recruiting and hiring strategies
  • Recommend and implement continuous process improvements to enhance results
  • Partner with executives across human resources, culture and sales to develop and promote employer brand and drive marketing initiatives to position the company as an “employer of choice”
  • Work closely with talent acquisition senior leadership to increase top of funnel candidate pools and create organizational mindset which maximize candidate conversion from awareness, to application, to hire
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activity
  • Anticipate labor market changes through robust research and analysis into candidate market trends
  • Establish and promote the talent acquisition team as a credible, trustworthy, and capable resource within the organization
  • Support programs and systems to address and comply with local, state and federal employment regulations and laws
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience with proven results in a corporate full-life cycle recruiting environment
  • Prior experience supporting call center or similar functional areas in recruiting talent
  • Experience leveraging social media and internet research in support of creative sourcing
  • Experience driving efficiencies through the use of technologies, process, and workflows
  • Demonstrated team leadership, facilitation skills, and the ability to hire, build and develop high performing teams
  • Ability to implement and improve talent acquisition plans that drive measurable business results over time and further the company's competitive position in the talent market
  • Leadership and influence skills; ability to effectively communicate & network at both executive and operational levels and across cultures
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball”.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality.
  • Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully.
  • Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand, no matter how minute, by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for communicating with internal and external parties in a manner that is both articulate and professional.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic help through in-person, phone, email, and social media avenues that keeps the co-worker or customer’s needs at the forefront of every interaction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, to recognize, understand, and manage one’s own emotions as well as others, and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Holding oneself responsible and being self-driven in accomplishing business goals, adhering to policies and being responsible for one’s own actions, performance, and decisions.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

 

Travel Requirements:

  • 10%-25% domestic travel required.
