Role Objective

Accountable for financial target achievement within assigned strategic reseller accounts (Office Products Dealers, Associate Distributors and eTailers serviced by two primary wholesale partners). Manages and builds strong relationshps with assigned accounts while advancing the GOJO sales strategy. Uses knowledge of products and systems to increase account penetration, grow share with the customer base and facilitate selling the GOJO Total Solution.

Drive and accelerate GOJO/PURELL brand adoption through Amazon Business Customer Advisor salesforce. Leverage GOJO programs and best practices to increase awareness and conversion of GOJO/PURELL preffered products and market-specialized solutions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Align and execute wholesale business plans (in conjunction with Omni-Channel Wholesaler Corporate Account Directors) with assigned accounts/channel partners to drive overall growth
  • Influence sales of products and programs with channel partners through headquarter relationships and training of Distributor Sales Reps
  • Collaborate with Channel Partner Marketing, Omni-Channel Marketing and Omni-Channel Digital Sales Manager to develop, enhance and customitize relevant sales materials, training aids and content to enable resellers and eTailers
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for Amazon Business Customer Advisors with SMB/Mid-Market account responsibility
  • Execute Amazon Business Customer Advisor virtual selling training program; conduct sales training, coorindate sampling and marketing asset deployment coordinate communication forums with Amazon Business CA
  • Work closely with GOJO Amazon Account Team to provide status updates and insights
  • Utilize core analytics to manage and evolve the business
  • Market a core portfolio that is relevant for resellers and eTailers and the markets they serve
  • Manage all contacts and activities related to channel partners in SFDC
  • Develop relationships with key GOJO stakeholders
  • Leverage other BST resources and other GOJO Vital Resource Groups
  • Participates on cross-functional teams

Education and Experience

BA/BS with three (3) to five (5) years sales experience in a JanSan, Office Products or eCommerce environment preferably selling through distribution.


Communicates in writing, and electronically with key decision makers at assigned channel accounts, colleagues etc. Internal contacts include Sales Support, Sales team members, Marketing, other members of Commercial, members of other Core Processes, Vital Resource Groups, Strategic Business Resources and Critical Resource Groups.

Coordinates and communicates events/activities for key accounts and others as appropriate.

Guidance and direction is provided by Omni-Channel Corporate Account Director and eCommerce Sales Vice President.

Travel Requirements

Overnight Travel - sporadic - required.
