The Finance Director, ATC is a key financial business partner to
the Chief Technical Office and the entire ATC Staff. This role will
have 3 direct reports and lead a team of ~10-13 employees for all
financial processes and analytical activities to ensure continued
profitable and sustainable growth of the businesses. This role will
report to the Vice President Finance, Operations and R&D. This
role will have ownership of influencing and operationalizing short
to mid-term execution of functional strategy and the operational
direction of the finance team. Problems faced are often complex and
require extensive investigation and analysis, along with the
ability to influence decisions across a matrixed organization. The

+ Serve as a strategic business partner to the ATC team and the
Chief Technical Officer.
+ Participate as a key member of the business unit leadership
team and Finance function in the development of the strategic plans
and ensure business plans are aligned with the overall BASM goals.
Specifically, ownership of short to mid-term (1-3+ years) execution
of functional strategy and the operational direction of the
+ Key contributor in the Integrated Business Planning process in
concert with the business unit leadership team. Oversee the
implementation of decisions impacting ATC to ensure maximum goal
+ Collaboratively evaluate opportunities for business growth as
well as cost control.
+ Own the Risk and Opportunities forecast, proactively identify
opportunities and risks to the plan and collaborate with
cross-functional team to close gaps or exceed targets.
+ Lead the budget and forecasting processes.
+ Develop, consolidate, and analyze month-end financial
reporting providing Executive level insight along with impactful
recommended business actions to achieve business goals.
+ Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, determine
insights, and distribute to the organization.
+ Drive process and system improvements (i.e. leverage of Shared
+ Execute accurate financial reporting and lead internal
controls, consistent with internal policies as well as regulatory
and control requirements (GAAP & IFRS).
+ Ensure financial results are reported accurately and timing
and in accordance with established policies.

+ 10 years of progressively responsible work experience in

+ Experience operationalizing control frameworks (i.e. IFRS, US
+ Advanced degree and/or advanced certification in in Finance
related field preferred (MBA, MFA, CPA, etc.)
+ Experience working in a plant environment
