Activates the PURELL brand strategy, identifying and authoring key
messages and unifying core narratives to help bring the PURELL
brand strategy to life across touchpoints.
Manages enterprise brand campaigns, working cross functionally to
maximize coordinated programs that support enterprise goals.
Creates vision and pathway towards a comprehensive partnership
marketing programs that strengthen top of mind awareness, sustains
category leadership and deepens affinity for the PURELL brand.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Manages enterprise brand campaigns to grow the PURELL brand.
Supports the development of and activates upon brand strategy,
enrolling cross-functional teams and enriching plans based on
competitive, market, and category trends.
Plans, aligns and develops strategic marketing communications plans
Serves as the brand champion across internal and external
constituents: BST marketers, sales, senior leadership, distributor
partners, and end user customers.
Anticipates opportunities by proactively engaging with internal and
external data sources.
Directs work, plans, implements, and executes integrated marketing
Works throughout the organization to identify, shape, and
articulate key messages across solution and market teams.
Serves as a champion of the PURELL brand, developing standards to
support brand continuity and tools.
Serves as an advocate for existing and potential brand partners -
identifying and managing towards the critical path to achieve near
and long-term success.
Serves as an enterprise brand advocate in customer-facing
Leads approval processes to ensure brand standards are met.
Education and Experience
BA/BS degree with 5-7 years' experience in brand communications
marketing, MBA or masters in communication preferred.
Highly persuasive written communication skills and engaging
Demonstrated experience managing across the full marketing mix -
with experience leading and managing campaigns that span digital,
social, owned properties and paid.
Proven ability to develop brand, marketing and content management
Ability to develop, articulate and present a compelling vision to
Strong, systems thinking and marketing savvy.
Supervises one direct report (Marketing Associate)
Overnight Travel - sporadic - required.
