These values are: Care Character Collaboration How You'll Contribute: In accordance with Wallick Mission and Values, develop initiatives that lead to increased revenue through meeting occupancy growth goals for assisted living communities, while providing sales leadership for communities to achieve goals in highly competitive markets. This leader will have oversight of a sales team of 10, supporting 9 existing senior living communities and 2 in development. Your Responsibilities: Develop and execute orientation process for new sales team members in conjunction with community protocol. Create and execute sales strategies for communities under development in partnership with the corporate marketing department, within budget. Analyze data, anticipate trends in the market, develop strategies and report on future changes to meet and exceed Company targets. Lead, direct, and mentor the community sales teams. Monitors metrics through the CRM to manage and develop performance of the sales team. Also accountable for retaining a highly engaged and productive sales staff. Provides training to the community on proven customer service techniques to maintain occupancy and ensure satisfied residents. Trains community staff on successful tour techniques in the event the sales staff is not available. Responsible for ensuring sales team occupancy goals are meeting their agreed upon occupancy targets. Develop, implement, and coordinate a quarterly sales plan to include outreach targets for each community. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports and developing appropriate strategic activities to overcome adverse challenges. Carry out market research and competitor analysis. Responsible for development and adherence to marketing department budgets for each Success Criteria:You have 5+ years' experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals, with an emphasis in supporting multiple senior living communities within the portfolio. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required, or an equivalent amount of experience and education. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing senior living communities. An effective approach in responding to inquiries, online comments, suppliers, agencies, or members of the business community. Effective at communicating with multiple departments, customers, senior leaders, and families / public groups. Confident and influential in public speaking skills and executive presentations. Proven effectiveness in making complex decisions that require a significant amount of judgment that may influence product, process, associates, residents, suppliers, or any other business stakeholder.
