Job Description Job Description Located in Canonsburg, PA Salary: $23.45/HR Hiring Now: Coil Prep and Finisher - $23.45/HR - Canonsburg, PA (Full-Time | Evaluation to Hire) Express Employment Professionals is seeking motivated and mechanically inclined individuals for Coil Prep and Finisher positions with a reputable manufacturing company located in Canonsburg, PA. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the potential for a pay increase, full benefits, and union membership once hired on by the client. Location: Canonsburg, PA Pay Rate: $23.45 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday Job Responsibilities Prep counter shields and assemble stick/tube components Pre-load spacers and assemble vertical wind outs Bend, burn, anneal, clean, and wrap electrical leads Remove coils from the winding machine and up-end them Perform hands-on mechanical work using various hand tools, air tools, and power tools Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics/drawings Follow company safety and attendance policies Other duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must pass a mandatory math skills evaluation Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs without assistance Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and performing minor equipment maintenance Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions Specific vision abilities required (details provided during interview process) Why You'll Love This Opportunity Evaluation-to-hire with long-term career potential Opportunity for a pay increase and benefits once hired Potential to become a union employee with added job security and perks Work with a well-established and respected manufacturing employer Apply Now!
