What You’ll Be Doing Support daily plant operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. Partner with the Plant Manager on workforce leadership, coaching, and development. Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and operational excellence. Coordinate maintenance planning to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Work Environment This role works primarily within an active industrial plant environment that includes exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment.
