How YOU Will Make an Impact Follow our Operations Pathway, developing skills in load planning, driver management, customer service, freight movement, cargo securement and more. Actively participate in daily operational tasks by analyzing available shipments, processing driver dispatch and scheduling delivery appointments. Gain insight into logistics and supply chain management by working with multiple departments to coordinate the movement of trucks, commodities and other assets. Learn transportation basics including truck/trailer types, load securement, DOT regulations and more. Maintain accurate reporting and data entry. Establish strong personal relationships with PGT drivers, customers and employees. Be a part of the Future of Flatbed®, PGT's strategic initiatives to increase operating efficiency, reduce carbon emissions and enhance the driver/employee lifestyle. What YOU Need to Succeed Interested candidates should be pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Logistics and Procurement, Transportation Management, Business Development or other related field.
