seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrative
Assistant for a confidential client. This hybrid role offers the
opportunity to support a busy legal team with a mix of in-office
and remote work. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal
administrative support, excellent organizational skills, and the
ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working across
various practice areas, supporting attorneys and paralegals with
document preparation, scheduling, and client communication. Key
Responsibilities: Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents,
correspondence, and reports Manage calendars, schedule meetings,
and coordinate court dates and deadlines Maintain and organize
physical and electronic case files Handle client communications and
follow-ups with professionalism and discretion Assist with billing,
time entry, and expense reporting Support attorneys and paralegals
with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 2
years of experience in a legal administrative support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management
systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to
work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures Preferred
Experience: Experience supporting litigation, corporate, or family
law practices Familiarity with e-filing systems and court
procedures Experience with billing software or legal practice
management platforms This posting is a representative sample of the

Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits

compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave

eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual
