Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to support its Global
Privacy Program, primarily focusing on the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for all privacy queries in the Americas
region
Support the Global Privacy Program, including privacy disclosures,
regulatory notifications, and internal policies
Advise on routine business queries and specific projects related to
data privacy laws and compliance
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one
state bar association
At least five years of relevant experience in a law firm or
in-house at a financial services or technology company
Expert knowledge of US state and federal privacy laws and
regulations
Comfortable advising on non-US privacy laws for North and South
America
Open to fully remote candidates in central and east coast time
zones
