Job Description:
Overview: $15/hour Must be 18 At Cedar Point, work is FUN!
Working as an IT Technician, you’ll provide support to users and
assist with the help desk line. You’ll also… Assist with questions
and problems related to hardware, software, POS (Point of Sale)
equipment, and network-related inquiries. Unpack, configure,
install, and dismantle equipment including POS computers, desktop
computers, laptops, monitors, printers, copiers, and any
accompanying peripheral devices. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems
related to desktops, laptops, POS, networks, cameras, and mobile
devices. Assist with configuration and testing of new hardware and
