diversityABOUT THE ROLEThis
is a customer facing role tasked with traveling to customer sites
for purposes
of quality control of work performed by the technical team, and to
maintain and
further build customer relationships. You will maintain that
on-site
installation, servicing, improvements and repair processes of
complex equipment
and building control systems has been successfully attained and
that all
customer needs have been met.-- You will
apply the your knowledge and experience of remote access to
building management
systems (BMS).You will achieve continuous improvement initiatives
in
the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating
to delivery
and installation of proper equipment. Key
Responsibilities: Resource
planning--including identifying, forecasting, and allocating best
fit
solutions. Monitoring of results of
labor dispatch confirming that projects have communicated when a
location
is ready to be monitored. Defining the service scope
with customer and sales department. Not be Monitor cost and
overall
parts and labor dispatch.Work with--cross
functional teams on installation and parts lists, and vendors to
obtain
schedules of service site visits.Manage customer expectations,
obtain customer sign-off, and monitor final invoicing
preparation.Data collection and analysis
for decision making including job completion time, technician
performance,
customer feedback, and equipment maintenance history.Collaborate
with Account
Managers for in person customer visits at locations and sales
offering
events.---- This
position requires travel within the United States, Puerto Rico, and
Canada. A
corporate credit card, phone, and rental car will be provided for
travel (No
expenses come out of your pocket). Minimal carrying requirements
for
equipment/tools. You will use your laptop during on-site visits.YOU
MUST HAVE:High School diploma or equivalent4 years minimum
experience interacting directly with customers.2 years minimum
experience in technical support delivered on-site or remotely.1
year minimum experience with supporting building automated systems
and controls.WE VALUE:Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer
scienceCertified building controls technician for HVAC and
lightingAdherence to raise and maintain standards of excellence for
execution of all processesStrong communication skillsPMP
