Job Description:
Provides a range of Human Resources services and advice within
an assigned location or division. Works with local management to
understand, address and ensure effective resolution of issues
related to employee relations, labor relations and associated
standard / regulatory compliance. Collaborates with local leaders
and HR centers of excellence to facilitate delivery of salary
administration, benefits, payroll, performance management, employee
development, records management and related processes and programs.
Engages with local leaders, teams and employees to address /
resolve questions relating to HR, people management and related
practices. Advises on local legal/ policy requirements. Key
Responsibilities:
- Provides Human Resources advice and support across a large
population of employee groups and locations
- Partners with local management to develop effective and
business focused people and related strategies
- Consults with management on the analysis and resolution of
complex, sensitive and organizationally significant employee, and
labor relations matters
- Collaborates with local management to establish employee
development strategies and other methods of improving / enhancing
organization effectiveness
- Provides advice and counsel on issues relating to performance
evaluation, compensation, employee development / training and
related matters
- Works across Human Resources practice areas to assist with
development of program / initiative policies, standards and
procedures
- Develops custom programs that address specific and strategic
business priorities
- Deals with and advises management on the effective
investigation and resolution of employee relations issues Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, in human resources, general
business, administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in progressive levels of
human resources
- Foundational Knowledge of local
