The Travel Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the travel operations at our various locations, ensuring that all travel-related services align with our brand standards. Manage and supervise travel operations within the company, ensuring all services meet or exceed corporate standards. Design and implement effective travel policies and processes that enhance operation efficiency and customer satisfaction. Oversee the travel accommodations for staff, including booking and managing reservations. Negotiate contracts with travel service providers to secure cost-effective travel solutions. Monitor travel industry trends and adjust company travel strategies accordingly. Collaborate with other departments to integrate travel solutions that improve overall staff welfare and operational productivity. Handle and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and effectively. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proficient in travel software and booking systems Ability to manage budgets and understand financial implications Understanding of various travel regulations and policies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Travel Supervisor (CTS) designation preferred Membership in professional hospitality or travel associations beneficial
