Guest Experience Welcome guests, clients, and vendors with
professionalism and warmth Be the go-to person at the entrance —
calm, polished, helpful, and present Ensure visitors and employees
always feel supported and directed Office Operations Detail
Management Keep the office running smoothly day-to-day Maintain a
clean, organized, high-functioning workspace (especially conference
rooms and shared areas) Coordinate ordering and stocking of all
office supplies Own kitchen organization: fully stocked, clean, and
functional Manage incoming deliveries, shipping, mail, and general
logistics Conference Rooms Meeting Readiness Ensure conference
rooms are orderly, stocked, and meeting-ready at all times Monitor
and troubleshoot conferencing equipment (audio/video/screens setup)
Serve as the first line of support for urgent meeting issues —
especially leadership/client meetings Coordinate with IT and
vendors for deeper support needs Culture Team Morale Help make
Triple feel like a place people want to be Own birthdays,
anniversaries, celebrations, team lunches, and office gatherings
Assist with team-building moments and internal events Maintain and
elevate the vibe: welcoming, upbeat, thoughtful, and inclusive
Executive Support Coordination Support coordination for large
meetings (calendar logistics, room planning, scheduling) Assist
occasionally with travel details and meeting prep Help manage
building logistics like parking leases, badge access issues, etc.
Vendor Building Management Serve as point of contact for building
management and facilities Coordinate cleaning, repairs, maintenance
requests, and vendor relationships Track issues through completion

Requirements: Qualifications 2 years in office management,
administrative support, hospitality, or workplace operations Strong
communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail
and follow-through Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and
staying calm under pressure Confidence working with
vendors/building management Comfort with basic tech troubleshooting
(Zoom setup, screens, conferencing equipment)
