Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated and visionary Food Service
Director to lead our food and beverage operations. This role is
critical in upholding our commitment to providing the highest
standards of service, quality, and innovation to our diverse client
base. The Food Service Director will oversee all aspects of food
service management, including dining operations, catering, and
special events, across institutions such as schools, universities,
and hospitals. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of
creativity, operational know-how, and leadership skills to boost
client satisfaction, ensure compliance with health and safety
standards, and achieve financial objectives. Oversee daily
operations of food service across multiple sites, ensuring superior
quality and efficiency. Develop innovative menus that comply with
nutritional standards and cater to customer preferences and dietary
needs. Manage and mentor a large team of food service
professionals, fostering a positive work environment and
encouraging professional growth. Collaborate with clients to
understand their specific needs, tailoring services to meet those
requirements. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and
sanitation regulations to provide a safe dining experience. Manage
budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align
with Aramark’s financial goals. Regularly assess and optimize
operational processes and vendor contracts to maximize
profitability and efficiency. Strong leadership and personnel
management skills Experience in menu development and nutritional
planning Proficient in budget management and cost control Excellent
communication and customer service skills Knowledge of health,
safety, and sanitation standards in food service Medical Insurance
