Job Description A manufacturing company in Masury, OH is looking
for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join their team! Summary:
The Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations of the
fabrication shop ensuring all safety requirements are maintained.
Responsibilities:Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day
operationsBe responsible for production output, product quality and
on-time shippingMaintain a trusting relationship with work groups,
manage and develop all staffCommit to plant safety
proceduresAddress employee issues and work with Shop Manager to
resolveOther duties as assigned Qualifications:Proven working
experience as a production shift supervisor,managing production
employeesAdequate knowledge of business and management
principlesFamiliarity with industry standard equipment and
technical expertiseBe knowledgeable of safety and qualityStrong
team building, decision-making and people management skillsStrong
troubleshooting skills Pay Rate: $22-$24/hour based on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm but could change to 6am-4:30pm If you
