      • Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment.
      • Making outbound calls
      • Logging all customer comments and notes.
      • Scheduling follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
      • Contacting customers using scripts to schedule appointments for sales and service..
      • Confirming scheduled appointments.
      • Adding scheduled appointments to scheduling calendars.
      • Rescheduling no-show customer appointments.
      • Following up with sales or service department to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome.
      • Scheduling future contact as needed.
      • Purifying and updating customer changes in database..
      • Responding to customer website requests.
      • Contacting internet customers via email and phone to schedule an appointment.
      • Following up on internet customer emails according to a pre-determined timeline.
      • Notifying necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
      • Assisting with other duties, as assigned.
      • Ability to meet and exceed monthly goals.Qualifications
        • At least one previous role based in customer service experience preferred
        • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
        • Prompt and courteous demeanor
        • Positive and hardworking personality
        • Strong computer skills
