Pediatric Dentist with Partnership 40% - Private Practice

This private practice is seeking an associate with a path to partnership due to a retirement.

Practice Details

High Patient Volume:

Over 125+ new patients per month, ensuring a busy and productive schedule.

Comprehensive Pediatric Care:

Full-scope treatment, including restorative care, anesthetic procedures, and conscious or IV sedation.
An in-house anesthesiologist is available three days a week for IV sedation cases.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Guaranteed Base or 40% of Adjusted Net Collections

Lucrative earning potential with an annually increasing compensation percentage.

Covered lab fees

Located between Pittsburgh and Morgantown, you have easy access or an easy commute.
