Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

Join a multispecialty group practice with over 60 providers, delivering comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. The practice offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient services, with the majority of care provided in an outpatient setting. Gain access to a well-defined referral network supported by employed and affiliated primary care physicians, ensuring a steady flow of patients and diverse clinical challenges.

Schedule and Assignment Details

Enjoy a negotiable schedule designed to support both professional and personal commitments, with an equitable on-call rotation of 10 days per month. This structure provides predictable time off while allowing for meaningful patient interactions. The hospital is committed to supporting your professional growth and ensuring a seamless onboarding process, with credentialing typically completed within 30-60 days.

Support and Work Environment

Benefit from a collaborative work environment with a dedicated team of two current urologists, supported by ancillary staff including two LPNs and a receptionist. The facility is equipped with on-site laboratory and X-ray services, as well as a PVR scanner. Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR system (EPIC) to enhance patient care and streamline clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Possession of an Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with a variety of urological procedures, as specified in the requirements.
• Must reside within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate.
• DEA registration must be obtained prior to start.
