Are you an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician looking for a rewarding locum tenens opportunity? A healthcare facility near Youngstown, OH, is seeking skilled physicians to provide exceptional patient care. This is your chance to work in a dynamic environment while enjoying a flexible schedule.

• Location: Near Youngstown, Ohio.
• Start Date: February 10, 2025.
• Duration: 13 weeks with potential for extension.
• Shifts:
  • Day: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM.
  • Night: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM.
  • Additional shifts may vary depending on site needs.
• Volume: Emergency Departments range from 15,000 to 48,000 annual visits.
• Certification:
  • Must be board-certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM).
  • Alternatively, board-certified Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Pediatric Medicine (PM) physicians with 7,000+ hours of ED experience.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency required.

• Trauma Levels: Varies from Level 2 to Level 4, based on the location.
• Support Services: Includes general surgery, cardiology, nephrology, orthopedics, and OB/GYN, among others.
• EMR System: Cerner. EMR training will be provided.
• Staffing: Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) collaborate to deliver high-quality care. APP supervision required.

• Flexible Scheduling: Minimum commitment of 2-3 shifts per month (local) or 3-4 shifts per month (traveling).

• Orientation: Paid onboarding and EMR training.

• Must hold an active Ohio medical license.
• Vaccination requirements include TB/PPD, flu, Hep B, MMR, varicella, Tdap, and COVID-19.
