Description Job Title: School?Based Mental Health Therapist Location: Pittsburgh, PA (School?District / Community?Based) Employment Type: Part?time (2?3 days per week) Salary: Billable Rate $30.00?$32.00/hour (non?licensed) • Non?Billable $15.00/hour • Travel $10.25/hour Date Posted: 2/15/2026 About the Role Clarvida is hiring a School?Based Mental Health Therapist in Pittsburgh, PA. This part?time role (2?3 days/week) offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non?licensed scale. As a School?Based Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside schools, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations, and travel between school sites or appointment locations—all aligne d with Clarvida’s person?centered, trauma?informed care model.
