Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,681 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Deliver safe, evidence-based care to a diverse Med/Surg Tele patient population Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and perform assessments Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards Requirements Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience (perm or travel) Active OH or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission) AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications – Required Must pass ECG rhythm recognition & safeMedicate assessments during orientation Must be able to work every other holiday Benefits • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 referral bonus.
