This contract role requires delivering specialized nursing care to
patients who need a higher level of monitoring and support than the
general floor but do not require intensive care. The position is
set in a well-equipped urban campus located in Euclid, OH, known
for its excellent healthcare services. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients meeting Medical
Step-Down criteria. Monitor vital signs, administer medications,
and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, ensuring safety
and comfort. Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in
compliance with healthcare standards. Qualifications: Current
Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio. Current Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for
healthcare providers from the American Heart Association.
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a professional
certification recognized by the Magnet Recognition Program.
